Plant Essentials
Fertilize the plant once a month with a balanced fertilizer. It grows well in cold climates.
Repotting every two years with high-quality potting compost.
Propagation is through the cut-off tip in the same way as stem-tip cuttings do.
Common Problems
Why is the Aglaonema drooping? Drooping leaves are an example of insufficient light or water. Remove the infected leaves and relocate the plant to a warmer place. Why is the leave stiff and pale? Keeping in direct sunshine for too long will stiffen the leaves and grow pale.
Style and Decor
Just an indoor light and fan is needed, nothing more. Happy anywhere in indirect sun. They are an excellent alternative for bringing life to dull corners or adding complexity and dimension to plant clusters.
